1. Eligibility
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Use of the platform
You agree to use Vertex for BCS only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Share your account or course access with others.
- Copy, record, redistribute, or resell any course content or materials.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
- Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
3. Course access and materials
Course videos may be viewed within the platform during your active subscription. Downloadable study materials are made available exclusively through our official mobile app and are not provided for download via the website. All content remains the intellectual property of Vertex for BCS.
4. Payments and subscriptions
Enrollment in paid courses requires payment of the applicable fee. Subscription durations (such as 1, 2, 3, or 6 months, or Lifetime access) are shown at checkout. All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated.
5. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Unless required by law, fees paid are generally non-refundable once course access has been granted.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the platform — including text, video, graphics, quizzes, and the Vertex for BCS brand — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use it without our written permission.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms the platform or other users.
8. Limitation of liability
Our platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vertex for BCS shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
